I began working out and watching my diet on my own one year prior to my wedding date. In 6-months, I managed to lose all of 7 pounds, doing everything I knew to do: "dieting" and working out "hard." I got in touch with Amy regarding some personal training and she told me abou t the Bikini Bootcamps she was doing and recommended I join. Amy's Bikini Bootcamp was so well organized, so varied, so fun, and so effective; I lost 10 pounds in the first 6-weeks and my body has totally changed shape. I started doing Zumba®with Amy about three months ago because it sounded like a really fun way to get some exercise. I have attended two classes a week since then and not only was I right, this is one of the most enjoyable aerobics classes that I have ever taken, but I have lost a total of seven inches in my waist, hips and thighs!! I love working out with Amy! She is so enthusiasic and fun!! I have lost 5-inches total and over 10-pounds by combining Zumba with Bikini Bootcamp. For many years, I have found it difficult to start up an exerc ise routine and lose weight. I had no one to push me to my fullest potential - until I met Amy. Thank you for changing my life! In Bikini Bootcamp today we ran the parking garage and I almost skipped it because I did not think there was any way I could do it. Amy’s class has been a great workout for my abs! My entire torso moves more freely now. At first, I could not even shift my ribs – my muscles had forgotten how to move that way. But after taking a few of Amy’s classes, I believe the dancing really has increased my core flexibility, added shape to my rib area, and has even slimmed my waistline. Zumba®with Amy and Sculpt provide a multitude of advantages for a total body workout. For me, a 38 year old working mother of two girls, a Zumba®with Amy and Sculpt workouts not only provided the tools to strengthen my core, but I have also shed pounds, increased my cardio capacity and discovered I actually don’t have two left feet. The moves are fun and broken down so effectively that anyone could follow the steps. While I dance away the hour, moving to the rhythm of entertaining chorography, personally designed by Amy, I enjoy the positive energetic atmosphere that encompasses the class and I leave smiling eager for the next Zumba®class.
