Amy’s class has been a great workout for my abs! My entire torso moves more freely now. At first, I could not even shift my ribs – my muscles had forgotten how to move that way. Another grey, damp and chilly Saturday morning; feeling low. What’s the Rx? Zumba with Amy!!! After one hour of high energy dance aerobics set to the motivating beat of Latin music I feel energized and uplifted. Amy’s personality is so charismatic - she’s my human Prozac. I started doing Zumba with Amy about three months ago because it sounded like a really fun way to get some exercise. I have attended two classes a week since then and not only was I right, this is one of the most enjoyable aerobics classes that I have ever taken, but I have lost a total of seven inches in my waist, hips and thighs!! Zumba with Amy and Zumba Sculpt provide a multitude of advantages for a total body workout. For me, a 38 year old working mother of two girls, a Zumba with Amy and Zumba Sculpt workout not only provided the tools to strengthen my core, but I have also shed pounds, increased my cardio capacity and discovered I actually don’t have two left feet. The moves are fun and broken down so effectively that anyone could follow the steps. While I dance away the hour, moving to the rhythm of entertaining chorography, personally designed by Amy, I enjoy the positive energetic atmosphere that encompasses the class and I leave smiling eager for the next Zumba class.
Zumba with Amy is amazing! It is the most fun I have had while working out and getting results. Each class is different and her Zumba Sculpt classes are very effective.
